Noah Process and Materials, Inc. (formerly known as Noah’s Paper Mills) is located at Marcos Highway, Calumpang, Marikina City with a land area of nearly 9 hectares beside SM City Marikina. It started as a recycled paper manufacturing company in 1996 servicing the needs of the local printing industry and government for its Security Paper requirements.

BRIEF HISTORY

From our beginnings 20 years ago, the business was rebranded in 2013 to encompass all its other products and services such as roller grinding services; electrification design and installation services; plastic products supply; confidential document witnessed destruction; banknote destruction; identification card production; logistical and warehousing services and public safety products, to name a few.

Our expertise includes comprehensive knowledge of process automation in the area of Distributed Control Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, Electrical Drive Systems, Field Instruments, Signal Cabling and process control integration, Steam and Power Generation, Pneumatic Control, etc.

NPMI is the Local Business Partner for NEC Public Safety Program. The products we handle include Automated Fingerprint Identification Systems, Facial Recognition Systems, DNA and other biometric identification system forming part of a multi-modal human identification system with the approach mostly as an end-to-end solution that could include electrification, communications, cabling and other civil construction requirements that the project may require.

NPMI also has offerings of other law enforcement products like radio transmitters and other wearable appliances such as body cameras, vests and communication systems that would leverage on the Facial Recognition Systems that we have supplied.

NPMI is also offering Over-the-Horizon Troposcatter Microwave Solution for long-haul wireless voice and data communication across land, water and mountains mainly for the law enforcement, military and national security applications.

We have for the past several years supplied the Philippine National Police with Automated Fingerprint Identification Systems and Facial Recognition System.
